Q : Do you sell embroidered products also?

No, we actually sell digital files which have been manually digitized for embroidery. These are not patches or physical products. You need to have an embroidery machine in order to use these designs.

Q : What is the turnaround time for digitizing services?

Our team will try to complete it before the deadline but for the sake of good and perfect design output. We generally keep it 24 hours.

Q : Do I need to submit only high definition image for digitizing?

The better the image you sent, the better the final design. All we need is that the image should be good and with clear image colours separations.
