All units are let on a monthly licence fee, allowing an ‘easy in – easy out’ option with no long term commitments to worry about. The Centre has a full security alarm system, and a CCTV system. The Centre is fully managed and also offers ‘pay as you use’ facilities for resident businesses and casual users alike. The Centre also offers an accommodation address service (virtual office) to give a professional image to small start-up businesses without the need to rent a unit.
